1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard delivery timelines are:

  • Total estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email us at support@zuiver.shop with your order number.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

7. When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you need a different size, colour, or style, contact us at support@zuiver.shop and we will help you with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that link to follow your package. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

10. Do you have a physical store?

We currently operate as an online-only store. This allows us to keep styles fresh and pricing competitive.
